Prerequisites Course Overview
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system. This course is based on Compumotor’s 6K multi-axis controller, and Gemini GV6 and GV6K drive/controller packages.  Through hands-on exercises, students will learn to work within the Motion Planner software environment, troubleshoot 6000 code, and install hardware.  Hands on training will include the 6K4 controller, OEM drives, and Gemini GV6 drive/controller.  The class is focused on programming and setup issues.  Both servo and stepper drives will be used. Materials include the Motion Planner® software and Compumotor training manual.
