This course is designed for engineers and designers who have attended the CS1/CJ1 beginner course and would like to learn how to utilize advanced concepts of Omron CS1/CJ1 PLC hardware and programming.

Prerequisites Course Overview
Must have attended an Omron CS1/CJ1 Beginners course.

This course covers advanced concepts such as Special I/O addressing, Extended memory, Indirect Addressing with Direct and Indirect Registers, and Reading and Writing .txt/.csv Data files to/from Flash memory card as well as Advanced Programming Instructions.  

Instruction time will be divided between demonstration time and lab time.  Programs created using advanced programming instructions during labs will be loaded into a PLC and tested.
